The real difference from Hostaway is who does the work. We set the whole thing up for you rather than handing you a toolkit and a help centre to work through on your own. That includes your own direct booking site, built in, so you take bookings under your own name and pay no channel commission on them.

Will I lose any data?
No. We bring across your properties, bookings, owners, statements and guests, and we check it against Hostaway before you go live.
Will guests notice?
They should not. Their bookings carry over and their stays go ahead as planned. The change happens behind the scenes.
Is there a contract?
No booking commission, no set-up fee, no contract. Cancel any month. £7 per property per month, with the platform and Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo channel connections included. One price however many channels a property is on. The same price per property whether you have 1 or 500. Monty AI guest assistant (website chat, WhatsApp, phone), Price Pilot automatic pricing and Pre-check-in guest app are each £10 a month per agency. Switch on when you need them. Prices exclude VAT. How long does it take?
It depends on how many listings and how much history you carry, but most moves run over a couple of weeks of planning and a quiet switch-over day.
