SuperControl is a well-regarded tool for UK and Irish self-catering, with real depth in the cottage booking channels. We will be straight about where it is ahead of us and where we are ahead of it.
SuperControl's real strength is the breadth of UK cottage channels it reaches, including names like Sykes, Hoseasons, Sawday's and Cottages.com. Booking Brain is £7 a property a month, with the platform and Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo channel connections included. Monty is available as an add-on, with a managed move and no set-up fee. We reach the major OTAs today, and the long tail of UK cottage channels is on our roadmap rather than live. Here is the honest picture.

Where SuperControl may suit you better
If a large share of your bookings comes through the UK cottage channels, such as Sykes, Hoseasons, Sawday's or Cottages.com, SuperControl connects to them today and we do not. That depth is its real strength, and we would not pretend otherwise. If those channels are central to your business, it is the safer choice for now. If you lean on the major OTAs and your own direct bookings, we are worth a look.
